I was very disappointed with my experience in the service department. I felt disregarded, and Chris was neither personable nor respectful. The way I was spoken to came across as degrading, leaving me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I hope that Chris takes steps to improve how he communicates with and care for his customers.
