About Crystal
Hi, everyone! My name is Crystal Byrd and I’m a part of the billing team here at Steve Landers Toyota NWA. I have been with the dealership since 2016, but my career in the automotive industry started over 15 years ago. I’m known for being honest and straightforward. I’m a true team player who is willing to help out whenever and wherever I am needed. Outside of work I love gardening, cooking, and DIY home improvement projects. Also a big fan of comic books. Some of my favorite topics to discuss are music and food. I’m also a licensed cosmetologist – earned my certification seven years ago. My children are my world. I have a daughter who aspires to be a designer and one son who wants to become a vet. I also have a fur-baby named Gigi.
