About Gil
Working 21 years in the manufacturing industry taught me to have a great work ethic, follow the rules, respect others, and, most importantly, engage with all types of people. I joined Landers on August 1, 2022, and from the start, my colleagues welcomed me like a brother. There is often a damaging standard for sales associates, referring to us as liars and other negative references. Luckily Landers and the internet are changing the game because they provide all information with no hidden fees. That's one of the best qualities of Landers Toyota. My transition here has been very smooth; the organization cares about your mental wellness and health care. I've been able to manage time with work and family. I've known my beautiful wife since high school. We have been married for 22 years, are the proud parents of two sons, and now have one beautiful granddaughter. I still enjoy playing soccer, a sport I've taken up since childhood. In 2010 I found a love for martial arts. The best part was being able to train and compete alongside my sons. I will always cherish those moments. I have a lot of patience and understanding when selling a car. It is a big decision a person makes; therefore, I never push for a sale; I try to give all the info to buy the right car, and that's precisely what you will get from me, so don't hesitate to reach out and ask for Gil Rodas!
