Welcome to Steve Landers Toyota NWA! I’m a part of the sales team here at the dealership. Customers enjoy working with me because I’m honest and straightforward. My career in the auto industry began two years ago, and I have had the opportunity to work with a great group of people. Spreading positive energy is what I’m known for. In my spare time, I like to go fishing. I’m from New Orleans and I attended Southern University. Making people smile is what I love most about my job. I appreciate his help and in securing the vehicle I wanted, but I was disappointed in the trade in value offer (he didn’t even try to help with this), the rush to get us to purchase this vehicle as soon as possible to “get it off the lot and get the next one in”. It’s been 7 years since I purchased a new vehicle so obviously technology has changed. NONE of the buttons, options, settings, etc. was covered with me, except how to connect to the Toyota app. The dash cam was not explained to me and if it required WiFi or worked independently. I had no idea I had free wifi for a month until I received an email telling me the time was up. Thankfully I can go to YouTube and learn about all the settings and how to change them. I’m just very disappointed in the way I was rushed to purchase and leave. I guess dealerships have changed and don’t take time to cover any of the options in new vehicles and make sure the owner knows how they work before leaving the lot. I will use this dealership going forward for my tire rotations/oil changes, but that will be it.
